How long does shipping take?
Custom items take up to two (2) weeks for production. Other products are shipped within 3 - 5 business days.
Do you have a discount code?
Discount codes and dates they can be used will be promoted on our Instagram account.
Where do you ship?
Products are currently only available in the U.S. and Canada.
Why is your return policy?
Custom items cannot be returned. Other products can be returned up to three (3) days after arrival if unused. If you have a specific issue with your product(s), please feel free to send an email to shopkikibih@gmail.com.
Can I change my order?
Orders can only be changed up to 24 hours after purchase. Please email shopkikibih@gmail.com if you need to change your order.
